I’m trying to share a FP comment to oppo
This comment on Rory’s introduction article is in the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! right now, but I don’t think the grayness affects shareability.
I wanted to share the comment from a user named “Herb” about clickbait. I’m not sure whether to respond/ungray in case many people that see the FP won’t recognize it as satire

Post a new post to oppo and link to the comment in the body along with your editorial take. We don’t want blind shares from the FP here.

That functionality is gone. And as HHFP says it was against Oppo rules anyway. Just make a new post, link to the comment (quote it if you like), and comment on it to encourage discussion.

take a picture of it with your phone, then text it to yourself, then screenshot the text, and email it to yourself. then upload it to Imgur, then copy and paste it to your post.

that wont work unless you remove the background in photoshop and save it as a .psd

First, you put your left foot in.
Then you put your left foot out.

yep. you can still share posts/articles to other blogs, but yeah, don’t. when you do, clicking on it takes you directly to the article on the site it was published, preventing us from discussing it here.

The next best thing is to use the quote tool and copy paste with a link to the comment itself.
I copied the link add ress of the timestamp

What if the Hokey Pokey isn’t what it’s all about?

What constitutes a “blind” share?

(You made me laugh. Thank you. I don’t get enough opportunities to laugh.)

A direct share from a paid property that goes back to that site and doesn't stay in oppo. Doesn't apply to community sites unless context is needed or you want it to stay in oppo

“... But we’re not going to announce the removal of such features , because we would rather receive tons of emails from users reporting the ‘gli tch ’. ”
